How to apply?
- First, you have to go to the home page of the official website: pmmvy.wcd.gov.in
- Then click on citizen login and verify mobile.
- After that fill in basic information like your name, place of residence, beneficiary, etc.
- Then, click on Create Account and verify your account by an OTP sent to your phone number.
- Now, you have to wait for 5 minutes and after that, you again have to fill in your mobile number and verify it. Remember not to refresh the page.
- Now you will come on the dashboard. Here you have to click beneficiary registration under the data entry section.
- Here, you will have to fill in various information about yourself. Remember to keep the beneficiary name of female which will increase your chances of getting approval.
Who is Eligible?
- If your annual income is less than 8 lakhs, you can apply.
- If you have a BPL ration card, you can apply.
- SC/ST can apply.
- E-Shram card holders can apply.
- If you come under Kisan Samman Yojna, you can apply.
- If you are a beneficiary of PM Ayushman Yojan, you can apply.
- Half or full disable can apply.
While filling the form, you also have to fill the card details/registration details, which you can get from the hospitals to receive the amount under this yojana.
