How to Check 1st Semester Result DU SOL?

This is a big update for students who were admitted to DU SOL 2023 under NEP. Finally, DU has released the 1st Semester results for all courses. In this article, we will see how you can check the 1st-semester result of DU SOL.

How to Check 1st Semester Result DU SOL?

You need to follow the given below steps to check your 1st-semester result:

• Firstly, visit the official portal of DU SOL from here: DU PORTAL
• After clicking on the above link, you will see the following page:

• In the first option of college name, select ‘School of Open Learning’.
• Then, fill in your exam roll number, date of birth, and image captcha.
• Click on Print Score Card.

Now, you will be able to see your results of 1st-semester of DU SOL. In case, you are having trouble seeing your result that may be because of so many students trying to see the result at the same time.

How to Check if You are Pass or Fail?

To check whether you are pass or fail after generating your result, you need to know about the structure of the result of DU SOL:

• Firstly, there is a serial number and a paper code in the worksheet. Then comes the paper name and paper type like generic, SEC, or PSC.
• Apart from all these things shown in the result, you only have to see your net grades. Net grades will tell you whether you have failed in any subject or not.
• If you have got grades like A, B, C, D, or E then you have passed but in case you have gotten an F grade then you failed the subject after which an F is written.
• If AB is shown after the name of your subject instead of any grade then it means you were absent on that day. A similar is in the case of RA.
• If you pass, you will not be able to see anything under the results, but in case you got failed or absent then ER will show in your result.

In case, you have given the paper of a subject but if still AB is showing after your subject, then you need to visit your exam center where your exam happened for the 1st-semester.

From there, you need to take the attendance sheet and submit this sheet along with an application, marksheet, etc. to exam authorities in DU SOL North Campus.

Attendance sheet is a proof that you were present on that day of examination. The exam authorities will correct this mistake in 15 days if you were actually present.

How to find SOL Exam Roll No for Result 2024?

In case you are not able to find your SOL Exam roll because of a lost admit card, then you can use your SOL ID card to know your exam roll number.

You need to visit the SOL North Campus and tell the exam authorities about your lost Admit card and show them your SOL ID Card to get your exam roll number.

If you don’t want to visit SOL North Campus, you can also wait for the next semester’s admit card. As each year the exam roll is the same on the admit card, you can use the second semester’s admit card to know your exam roll number.

If your SOL ID card is also lost with the admit card then you need to visit the SOL North campus with your important documents you used while taking admission in DU SOL like your Aadhar card to get your exam roll number.
