How to apply for Gujrat High Court Stenographer Vacancy 2024?
You need to follow the below steps to apply for this vacancy:
- First, you need to visit the official website of Gujrat High Court: hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in
- After coming to the home page of the official website, select the job application option given in the menu section.
- Under the Job Application option, select Apply Now.
- Then, a new page will open in which many posts will be there. For the post you are interested in, click the apply now option given after that post.
- After that, click on the new registration option.
- Now, you have to fill out the registration form. Fill correct information in this form.
- After registration, you will get a registration number, login ID, and password. Use this information to log in.
- After logging in, fill correct information asked in the application form.
- After filling in all the information, you need to upload all your documents.
- Now, pay the fee accordingly. If you are from SC/ST, your fees would be mentioned there.
- Now, submit and take a printout of the application form.

Qualifications Required
- English Stenographer Grade 2 (Subordinate Courts): The candidate can be a graduate in any discipline. Speed in English shorthand must be 120 wpm and basic knowledge of computer operation.
- English Stenographer Grade 3 (Subordinate Courts): Same qualification as required for Grade 2 but the speed in English shorthand must be 100 wpm.
- English Stenographer Grade 2 (Industrial & Labour Courts): Same qualification as required for Grade 2.

Selection Process
- First, there will be an elimination test of 100 marks.
- Then, there will be Stenography/Skill test of 70 marks.
