But even if you have an aged gmail account and the channel you created in that gmail should be atleast warmed up for atleast 3-4 days. Now, what does warming up your channel means?
Warming up your channel means to watch content on youtube just like a normal human do. Turn on your watch history, like, and subscribe channels you like. It should be done for like 2-3 hours daily for atleast 3-4 days.
After you have warm up your account, you need to do all the essentials. Now what are the essentials. These are:

- YouTube banner image
- About section
- Enabling Eligibility options from YouTube studio (ID and phone number verification)
So, these are the essentials you need to do before you actually start posting content, otherwise you will get in 0 view jail and you will end up leaving youtube.
